Rolando Posada is the Regional Superintendent of IDEA Public Schools in San Antonio. Rolando moved his family to San Antonio in 2012. He grew the region from one to 20 schools in 5 years; by 2022, IDEA will have a total of 36 schools in the San Antonio region.
